a return visit well spent
spacious rooms comfortable beds great cafeteria
the rooms were quite spacious, and the beds very comfortable. the cafeteria proved a great addition with plenty of space to sit outside. i especially appreciated the little bar, especially as a smoker, it suited me well.
the dining room seemed like not everything was fully functional or available. some of the crockery occasionally was not entirely clean, a minor drawback during breakfast service.

an okay experience
pool size hotel gardens food quality room soundproofing uncomfortable beds cleaning service
the pool was a great size. the hotel gardens were lovely and well kept. i found the restaurant food to be of good quality (there was a great variety of dishes!).
the room was not very well soundproofed. i could clearly hear noises from other rooms and the hallway. also, the beds were uncomfortable (they were two single beds pushed together!). the maids did not always clean the rooms, and i had to ask.

poor breakfast slow service
I found the breakfast to be quite the adventure. So much variety, yet the taste of some items missed the mark. upon arriving in my room, i discovered the sofa bed for my daughters was not made. we had to request sheets to. and to add to the fun, the parking we paid for decided not to open, a comedy of errors, really.

I found the room to be large and clean. The coffee and tea amenities were well stocked. The reception staff were polite and helpful, made the check-in process easy.
The lifts were a little noisy.
